Chicago Day 2 Pre-Wedding!

1. Been trying to hunt down some men’s graphic t-shirts to cut into muscle T’s so I can show off my guns obviously.

2. How BANGIN’ is this necklace though? A gold chain necklace has been on my summer list for the longest time. I finally found one at SA for $4, but of course Forever 21 came out with this the next day. Couldn’t resist. Anyone else thinking of Aslan from Chronicles of Narnia?

3. “Don’t smile. Look mean.” -Mom
Yeah, that was unsuccessful.

A summer isn’t complete until you attend at least one wedding. Seriously.
Wedding #1, my cousin’s in Chicago, Illinois.

1. Found this outfit the day before we left. Went to five different stores after work and ended back at Forever 21 three hours later. Should have started there in the first place. (This was after an unsuccessful thrift store search, of course).

2. Post-wedding ceremony: getting our Chicago hot dog grub on.

What I wore to Michigan F.A.S.H. Fest!

1. This pure lace top is from my beloved Lola who is also known as my oldest best friend. It’s more than 20 years old and has never been worn by her so she passed it down to me. What a keepsake. Even though I am a gold girl, I love the frosty silver!

2. Girl modeling $300 jewelry: “I love your earrings!”
Me: “Thank you!”
Little does she know it was on clearance for $3.99. Holla!

3. Detroit is one of those cities I want to roam around. Riding bikes along the riverside in the morning, venturing and dinner at night. And after visiting The Carr Center, I got a small taste of all the history that D-Town contains.
